Secure Destruction & Confidential Waste:
We provide storage, collection and destruction facilities for confidential waste, which has to be destroyed in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
Storage systems are available in a variety of styles including bags or our popular dual locked 140 litre bins, which are also available in larger sizes. Once full the bins are exchanged and the full bins returned to our shredding plant for destruction and then for recycling. The collection vehicle is unloaded behind the locked doors of the shredding plant for total security.
Our staff are all positively vetted and if required they will actually collect full bins from our clients offices if there are no central storage facilities. The bins are designed to be sited on the office floors or in a central storage area as necessary. All collections have an auditable trail and a certification of destruction is issued in support of the destruction process. We have facilities for the secure destruction of most types of waste including paper, files, magnetic media, audiotapes and CD's plus goods which clients simply do not want to enter the market place.
Recycling Systems
Nu-Kleen has taken recycling to a new level with our current clients, and by pushing recycling with our new clients; this is giving us the ability to supply a very competitive service. From our early research before we started offering the services below we came to the conclusion that only big organisations will spend time and money in this area, for us to target smaller organisations we had to make the service affordable.
How can we make this affordable?
By building the service into the cleaning contract at each site, it allows us to build in collections of recycling in with our site visits. These are on a regular basis to keep a check on our staff and make sure our high standard of cleaning is being achieved.
Our commitment is evident in our policies and procedures and in the levels of recycling that we are achieving.
We recognise the importance of closing the loop, as it is imperative that there is a demand for the recycled products to make recycling schemes sustainable. To this end we work closely with Sita Paper recycling, this organisation is dedicated to forming a sustainable local paper cycle where you recycle your waste office paper to the local mills and then buy it back as top quality, competitively priced paper or card.
