We provide storage, collection and destruction facilities for confidential waste, which has to be destroyed in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
Storage systems are available in a variety of styles including bags or our popular dual locked 140 litre bins, which are also available in larger sizes. Once full, the bins are exchanged: the full bins are returned to our shredding plant for destruction and then for recycling. The collection vehicle is unloaded behind the locked doors of the shredding plant for total security.
Our staff are all positively vetted and if required they will actually collect full bins from our clients offices if there are no central storage facilities. The bins are designed to be sited on the office floors or in a central storage area as necessary. All collections have an auditable trail and a certification of destruction is issued in support of the destruction process. We have facilities for the secure destruction of most types of waste including papers, files, magnetic media, audiotapes and CD's plus goods which clients simply do not want to enter the market place. |
